In the event that CreazionMedia receives a counter-notice in compliance with the above requirements, we will provide the person who submitted the copyright infringement notice with a copy of the counter-notice, informing them that CreazionMedia will replace the removed material in 10 business days from the date of the counter-notice unless CreazionMedia first receives notice from the person who submitted the copyright infringement notice that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
